A travel brand for people who know what their time is worth.

Burnout CEO Travel is built for the executives who travel the most and take real trips the least. And the assistants who keep their world from falling apart while they don’t.

Naming the thing nobody says out loud.

Most executives are burned out and won’t say it. Not at the forum. Not to their peers. Not to themselves. They’ve earned the trip three times over. They haven’t taken it.

Their assistant is also burned out. Different shape. Same root.

We built Burnout CEO Travel to handle the trip layer for both of them. Not as a wellness pitch. Not as a sympathy product. As a working relationship that removes a real burden so they can be present where it actually matters.

The brand says the thing the executive already knows but hasn’t acted on. It does not shame them. It tells the truth and offers the way forward.

The person on the other end of the phone.

Jeff Gallagher is the founder and current advisor for Burnout CEO Travel. He spent 30 years in IT, including time as a network engineer in the Linux world, building and running systems that had to work whether anyone was watching them or not. That same operating model runs this business.

He’s been an EO West Michigan member for 10 years. He has sat in the rooms with the people this brand serves. He knows the pressure, the peer-group culture, the team dynamics, and the conversations that don’t get had.

Jeff is the founder. He is not the entire brand. Burnout CEO Travel is built to serve clients across an agent network, AI-augmented systems, and every channel where the audience spends time. The relationship scales. The promise stays consistent across every booking, every tier, every touchpoint.

The resources behind every booking.

Burnout CEO Travel operates as part of Archer Travel, a host agency with more than 70 years in the industry and 20,000-plus agents in its network. That backing is not decoration. It is the difference between a single advisor and an enterprise-grade infrastructure showing up on your trip.

What it gets you, specifically:

  • Supplier relationships that aren’t on booking sites
  • Hotel amenities, upgrades, and credits that aren’t on the rate card
  • Air contracts and group rates that don’t show up to the public
  • Backup and rebooking capacity when something goes wrong on a Saturday at midnight
  • Insurance, documentation, and compliance support that scales with the trip

You get one point of contact. We get the network.

The five things we hold to.

1.   Done for you means the whole job, not the convenient parts.

2.   Mental capacity returned matters more than hours saved.

3.   The window to take the trip is real, and it closes.

4.   A Southwest weekend gets the same care as a private jet to Tokyo.

5.   We say what we do. Then we do it.

Based in Holland, Michigan. Reach is global.

The business is registered in the United States and serves anyone who can legally do business here. That is not a limit. EO operates in 60+ countries. YPO is global. Our clients live in every time zone. We work in all of them.

If you are in the US and need someone who picks up a phone, we are on Eastern Time. If you are anywhere else and need someone who knows your destination, we have the network.

The trip you’ve been putting off.

One conversation. We take it from there.
